How to book

If you want to book an artist then just ring or e-mail us and we can confirm availability, advise on the type of artists that will suit your event and discuss the information we need from you.

Contracts EntertainMe! will carry out the administration & draw up a contract between you and the artist. The artist will sign first and we will then send on to you. Please ensure that you are prompt in sendng us a signed copy of the contract via post or scanned and via email.

Deposit Upon return of your signed contract, we will require a 20% advance payment which is a non-returnable booking & administration fee.

Final payment Please pay the remaining balance to the artist on the night as per your signed contract. We are also willing to pass this payment on to our artists if you'd prefer.

After confirmation of booking and both parties have signed the contract, you will be in contact with the band personally to discuss any further details for your show. Our artists usually ask you to provide hot meals. Most of our artists supply recorded music between sets.

Please note: If a booking is cancelled the 20% deposit is non-refundable, do please make sure your event has been confirmed.

EntertainMe! conducts its business in accordance to the Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations act 2003. We (EntertainMe!) have been given permission to promote a our acts and carry out the administration for bookings on behalf of our artists.
